A new job board widget is enabling publishers to add a job section to their site that is bilingual, mobile friendly and ad-free.
With the Jobaline widget, businesses can add an hourly job board to their website or blog. Not only is the job board ad-free, but it also enables applicants to apply for jobs without leaving the publisher’s website. This is important because it enables publishers to keep their traffic, while also monetizing their sites with valuable content. Univision Seattle has implemented the widget into its site (see image below), and the results have been positive from both job seekers and website advertisers alike.
“My advertisers are thrilled about Jobaline," said Teresa Jones, multimedia sales executive, Univision Seattle. "We’re lining up third-party sponsors such as Papa Murphy’s for our Hot Jobs of the Week, as a revenue source; and since Jobaline is completely free of ‘regular’ advertising, the sponsors of that page can be sure there are no competitive ads or misleading job applications that redirect job applicants to third party sites. The clean experience helps both the applicant to get a job and the sponsor to present their brand as a service to the community.”
In addition, Jobaline is a good solution for employers, as it helps to automate the hiring process. This is because Jobaline prescreens candidates. For example, the technology automatically reaches out to candidates via a brief telephone interview and only delivers qualified leads to the employer. Plus, employers only pay for qualified leads.
“With our technology, we allow websites to have a Jobs Section where people never leave," said Luis Salazar, Jobaline CEO. "They stay there when they complete the job application, and unlike anybody else in the industry we also automate the phone interview, we are fully bilingual and we also offer an advertising free experience.”
