Marketing conversion platform Chirpify recently announced an integration with Journey Builder, a campaign planning tool available within Salesforce's ExactTarget Marketing Cloud.

Chirpify will enable brands to drive discovery and collect insights between off-line channels and social media directly from within Journey Builder. With Chirpify's "intelligent" social triggers, marketers can now use Journey Builder to reach consumers with a personal message at the right time in their path to purchase. For example, if a brand promotes an activated hashtag on an in-store endcap, and a consumer uses that hashtag in their Instagram post, Chirpify can instantly respond with a tailored Instagram comment or email message. In this case, it might be, "Thanks! Enjoy 10% off while you're in the store."

"With Chirpify, brands will be able to seamlessly integrate social triggers and responses into Journey Builder, giving marketers greater insight into their customers, learning and reacting to where they are in the customer journey. Most importantly, with Chirpify and Journey Builder, brands will be in a position to optimize interactions with consumers based on their point in the journey and specific social activities, leading to improved marketing and business outcomes," said Chris Teso, CEO and founder, Chirpify.

Brands including adidas, AT&T, MasterCard and Oreo currently use Chirpify's platform. More than 500,000 consumers, according to the company, have responded directly to these brands' via social channels so far in 2014.
