Marketing conversion platform Chirpify recently announced an integration with Journey Builder, a campaign planning tool available within Salesforce's ExactTarget Marketing Cloud.
Chirpify will enable brands to drive discovery and collect insights between off-line channels and social media directly from within Journey Builder. With Chirpify's "intelligent" social triggers, marketers can now use Journey Builder to reach consumers with a personal message at the right time in their path to purchase. For example, if a brand promotes an activated hashtag on an in-store endcap, and a consumer uses that hashtag in their Instagram post, Chirpify can instantly respond with a tailored Instagram comment or email message. In this case, it might be, "Thanks! Enjoy 10% off while you're in the store."

Brands including adidas, AT&T, MasterCard and Oreo currently use Chirpify's platform. More than 500,000 consumers, according to the company, have responded directly to these brands' via social channels so far in 2014.
