Open-source e-commerce software PrestaShop has partnered with Youstice, a Web application for resolving shopping disputes.
Customers visiting one of PrestaShop's 200,000 online retailers will be able to describe their issue in a four-step, point-and-click process. Youstice then acknowledges receipt, notifies the merchant and displays several solutions they can choose from. The multilingual tool is available to online retailers through a simple, integrated module for their website, and is the world’s first cross-border online platform designed to resolve shopper-vendor disputes, promoting trust between companies and their customers.
"We developed Youstice as a simple solution to the issues that occur every day during shopping – both for online, as well as brick and mortar stores," says Zbynek Loebl, founder and CEO of Youstice. "We are delighted to be partnering with PrestaShop and making our application available to a wide range of e-shops, operating as part of the PrestaShop platform. With Youstice, retailers will be able to resolve customer complaints more effectively.”
