Agendize, a provider of customer relationship management (CRM) software, has announced the release of a new feature for its Online Scheduling service.
The new Punctuality feature is designed to give feedback to brands straight from consumers thanks to a quick four-question survey. The questions (punctuality, overall experience, likelihood to recommend to a friend and open review) are meant to provide brands with the feedback they need in order to improve the quality of their service. Consumers respond to each of the questions using a simple 5-star rating system.
