International remarketing company SaleCycle has partnered up with reviews service provider Reevoo to collect and display unedited and uncensored feedback from clients on its website.
SaleCyle is among the first B2B companies to use Reevoo reviews in this manner, aiming to provide better transparency and openness to B2B buyers.
“Client feedback is at the heart of us growing and improving as a company,” said Dominic Edmunds, founder and CEO at SaleCycle. “It’s liberating to read pure, unedited opinions on what it’s like working with SaleCycle so we can understand both where we’re doing well and where we can do better in the future.”
Although reviews are typically associated with B2C businesses, Reevoo CEO Jonathan Callcut notes that they can also be useful for B2B businesses.
“B2B marketing is changing. So often we only associate reviews with the consumer, the individual – but businesses are made of people, so why shouldn’t we give them a mouthpiece as well?” said Callcut. “Social proof is for everyone – and if this helps make a CMO’s decision to buy a little easier, we’ve done our job.”
