Sales-based enterprises often struggle with ways to systematize their various territories, their various splits (inside/outside sales), and even sales situations (pre/post-sales, renewals and account expansions).
Software solutions are emerging, however, which aim to establish systems that minimize these issues by providing greater visibility into these essential sales processes.
Pipeliner CRM, for example, has launched a new version (dubbed "Phaenomena," a reference to Euclid's work in astronomy which mapped the solar system) of their visual CRM software, adding support for multiple pipelines (and the "sales universe" of enterprises using the software), introducing a visual organization chart, and providing on-the-fly reports.
