Sales platform ToutApp has unveiled a new “Command Center” to help simplify complex drip campaigns with a single, centralized dashboard.
Command Center is a multi-touch sales outreach management tool available through the ToutApp platform. The new feature provides sales reps the ability to control, monitor and evaluate every step of drip campaigns. In fact, Command Center aims to streamline the entire sales process by enabling reps to oversee outreach workflows and tasks, identify the most engaged leads and follow up via email or phone from a centralized location. Moreover, Tout Command Center automatically synchronizes Salesforce Tasks with Tout Tasks and displays them in the Command Center, which eliminates the need to switch between programs.
“Tout Command Center helps sales development representatives and closers operate and manage multi-touch automated drip campaigns with the click of a button,” said Tawheed Kader, founder and CEO of ToutApp. “This is especially useful in the multi-channel era, with infinite touches now possible for potential or engaged prospects. It is important to note that Tout Command Center is the third major product to be unveiled by the company in the last month, and follows the launch of Tout’s collaboration tool for sales teams called Sales Beat. Tout also recently introduced Tout Connect, which is the company’s first API that allows any third-party application with customer or prospect contact data to embed ToutApp’s features and functionality directly into their offering.
