Trumpia has unveiled three new updates for its mobile marketing platform, which aim to improve functionality and security.
The first update, for example, enables users to send appointment reminders through any business phone number or short code. In fact, users can send appointment reminders through text, email, mobile app and voice broadcasts, which also helps businesses cater to their customers’ channel preferences.
On the other hand, the second update is a feature called Text-to-Speech. With this feature, users are able to type a message that gets converted into a synthesized voice broadcast by Trumpia’s software. This feature is a great option for users who don’t want to record a message.
Lastly, Trumpia is looking to strengthen its security by putting in place new requirements for account passwords. With the new update, all passwords are required to have one uppercase and one lowercase letter, as well as one number or special character. Plus, passwords cannot be a simple word from the dictionary and accounts will only allow a certain number of login attempts with incorrect passwords.
