Personalizing the Content Experience

Technologies are emerging that are enabling brands to better personalize the digital experience for Web users - even if they are classified as "unknown."

Content recommendation solution BrightInfo recently announced a new integration with marketing automation provider Act-On that will enable brands to present personalized content offers across website and paid media channels. The integration will enable Act-On users to recognize known leads and target anonymous visitors uniquely, enrich BrightInfo-assisted leads within Act-On with extra data for segmentation and analysis and push leads generated through BrightInfo forms direct into Act-On in real-time.
