Call tracking software provider CallTrackingMetrics announced a set of features that will allow healthcare customers to maintain compliance with the regulations of HIPAA/HITECH.
Features include options such as encrypted call recordings, dedicated storage, secure notifications, detailed logging and various levels of access controls to ensure that only authorized users are able to access information about calls. These features will allow covered entities as well as the service providers working with them the ability to track calls and keep the information collected secure. CallTrackingMetrics currently works with healthcare providers across a range of specialties and sizes, from large hospital groups to small dental practices.
