“With more than one million licenses sold—many to some of the world’s leading financial services firms—Maximizer CRM continues to be financial professionals’ first choice for increasing their long-term book value, particularly in these tough economic times,” said Vivek Thomas, president, Maximizer Software. “With financial-specific tools and templates, robust client management functionality and all-access CRM from the desktop, web or mobile device, our latest offering enables financial services professionals to focus on delivering exceptional service that will attract new clients and build customer loyalty.”

CodeSmith Tools, a provider of software productivity tools most famous for its template source code generator, has announced the release of a new on-demand help desk product named CodeSmith Insight.

CodeSmith Insight is an on-demand customer support tool built which integrates directly with email and user feedback and can also be fully integrated into applications to provide error reporting details similar to those built by Apple and Microsoft.

What makes the software application so interesting is that it brings in different types of communication (emails, crash reports, customer feedback) all together in one location.

“CodeSmith Insight is all about communication,” says Eric J Smith, founder and CEO of CodeSmith Tools.

“Previously, you would use a series of separate systems to handle all this information, but we know that email, user feedback, and crash reports are just various forms of communication, and that they all belong together. This allows our customers to focus their efforts directly on what their users are experiencing, regardless of how they are saying it."

One of last year's feature articles on email marketing (Email Marketing: The Future Right Now) listed some of the top email service providers and email tools for marketers. One of those tools was an Add-on from SenderOK that put social network prifiles into the header panel of messages in Outlook.

SenderOK has rebranded (now called EmailTray) and launched an advanced version which acts as a full-scale Emai sorting and management program that works like a client outside of outlook and Web-based clients, dealing with all webmail and Outlook accounts simultaneously (including AOL, Yahoo, Gmail, Live).

Much like xobni, EmailTray shows the Facebook profile of Email senders in the header pane and provides an anti-phishing solution for companies whose emails come from secure servers. The company however is touting the tools sorting functionality as the main reason to use the solution.
