Zoho Invoice Supports PayPal Business Payments

Zoho - which offers a suite of productivity, collaboration and business apps - now supports PayPal Business Payments on the PayPal X platform (using the new Adaptive Payments API) for its Zoho Invoice application. This will allow users to invoice and receive payments from customers at a flate transaction fee of just $0.50 per payment when funded by PayPal balance or eCheck between PayPal account holders,

“Zoho’s work is a great example of how third-party developers can use PayPal X to create a new generation of payment options,” said Damon Hougland, senior director of PayPal X. “Our PayPal Business Payments offers Zoho a fast, convenient and secure method for sending and receiving payments for a low-cost fee. We’re excited to have them as an early adopter in our pilot.”

Raju Vegesna, Zoho evangelist, said, “Zoho customers range from enterprise organizations to boutique SMBs, but regardless of size, all appreciate a reduction in the costs of doing business. By introducing a flat fee of 50 cents per transaction (for payments funded by PayPal balance or eCheck) between PayPal account holders, PayPal can ultimately save Zoho Invoice users a lot of money.”
