Track-n-Graph is a free web-based service that allows users to define parameters, track and graph information for either private use or public consumption. The common example used on their website is weight loss. Enter your target weight, then enter updates - weekly, daily, etc. - plotting your progress over time. You can then graph your progress and see how close you are getting to your goal, in what time frame, etc. But the options are only limited by your imagination. Anything that can be tracked can be entered into the system. You can also choose from existing templates created by Track-n-Graph or other users, or create your own templates.

From their website, the newest templates include Fetal Kick Count, Pregnancy Weight Tracker, Child Growth Tracker, Budget Tracker and MPG Tracker. The highest rated templates include Weight Tracker, Child Growth Tracker, Calorie Counter, Workout Tracker and Blood Pressure Monitor.

Graphs can be kept private, or can be shared with those of your choosing. Also, you can get URLs to share through email or in a blog, or even get an embedded graph to display on a website.

You can also upgrade to a PRO version that includes advertising-free trackers and the ability to enter information into your tracker from a mobile device, to keep it up-to-date while you're away from the desktop. The PRO subscription is $24.95 per year or $5 per Tracker.
