A new service is available for Blackberry users from
Jott, providers of voice-to-text services since 2006. When installed in select devices (8800, Curve and Pearl) an option "reply with Jott" will appear in the email menu. Speak your response and the service converts your message to text, then sends as an email to the recipient. It's in beta, but you can install the app
here.
