Here at Website Magazine, we constantly receive thanks for publishing a print magazine. Seems that people who spend a large amount of time reading on-screen like the option to give their eyes a break from time to time. Tofu is attacking the same issue, even if its still on-screen.

With Tofu you can select text from a Web page or document and drop it in to their system where it is reformatted into easier-to-read columns, kind of like a newspaper. This keeps your eyes from needing to span the length of your screen over and over and can make scanning items much easier. You can also search for words contained in an article by typing them in. Their website also says you can navigate using your voice. I have not tried it yet, but that sounds pretty interesting and worth a try.
