Music: Friday Afternoon Time Killers

Friday is finally here. Just a couple more hours and we can all settle in to watch the Cubs beat up on the White Sox again! But I digress.
This week, I purchased several tickets to some upcoming summer concerts. So, I thought I would make this week's theme music. Enjoy a creative start to your weekend!
Music Catch Game: Pretty simple, and really no skill or talent necessary. This game plays music while shapes start to fill the screen - the shapes follow the beats just like an equalizer. Catch the shapes for points, yellow is good, red is bad. Oddly relaxing and a good waste of time.
JamStudio.com: This one requires either a cursory knowledge of music chords and notes or just time to experiment. Choose different instruments, notes or chords to play and start experimenting. You can change the volume of any given instrument, it's style (steel guitar, nylon strings, etc.), the tempo of the song, verses, bridges and chorus lines ... you can literally create entire songs with your fingertips.
DJ Rick: There are so many options here. Basically, you create your own club music. Not a club fan? Not to worry, you'll still enjoy this. Pick from drum beats, bass rythms, piano licks and even DJ Rick's shout-outs. Mix them all together, adjust the volume of each instrument and start the party! It takes a little getting used to, but highly addicting, easy and fast once you get the hang of it.
