Search engine registration

Is there no simple way to do this. The guy who invents the spot to go to where you can register with even 50 % of the search engines out there. Will be a very rich man on advertising space alone.

There is no reason to register at search engines. Any search engine worth their own weight will crawl your site so submitting to them is useless (unless of course you are filing some sort of reinclusion request). The way to get indexed in search engines is to get another site to link to you. The more links (ideally with the keyword or keyphrase you would like to be found in the search engines with) you acquire from various sites the higher up (placement) on the SERPs you will end up.
