    New website launch

I believe this is a good oportunity to post something that might be of use to some of the members.

We just launched our new website 3 days ago FINALLY !!!. Not only we changed the design, layout and structure. But we also changed our URL structure.

We received a lot of feed back from different places, blogs, friends, seomoz.org (thanks Rand and the satff) etc...some of them had pros and some of them encouraged us to do this.

So finally we decided to take a chance and change what was there for almost 5 years. We thought, if this is not working that well in terms of ranking, then we might as well take the risk.

The main change was having more than 20 TLD domains and changing those to 301 redirects to host all the languages/contents in subfolders (I really hope they start indexing in a few days)

Next we changed all our URL writing to make them user frindly, so insted of the old www.andromedical.com/info.htm we now have www.andromedical.com/andropenis-information and also renamed all the pdf files, alts, images etc...we implemented Geo-locate tools.

Anyway it has been a long time of hard working, a lot of researching and hopefully it works.

Im giving you the old website design link, which will remain until we migrate all the languages to the respective subfolders and layouts.

    Old layout - www.andromedical.es

    New layout - www.andromedical.com

It would be nice to have some feedback and comments if there is anything you think we might need to do.

Nice job on the redesign! I think the navagation is the first change I noticed - it's easier to spot as apposed to the old site where it just kinda got lot in the white background. And on a purely visual design note, the graphics are a big improvement as well.

my only suggestion would be to go through the site and make sure all the pages validate with W3C. You have a few HTML errors: http://validator.w3.org/check?verbose=1&uri=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.andromedical.com%2F and a few css errors: http://jigsaw.w3.org/css-validator/validator?profile=css21&warning=0&uri=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.andromedical.com%2F.

Excellent job with the new layout! Not only are you thinking about your readers, it's great use of white space. The only thing I would say to change in on the botton right. Linking the the whole group is hard to read. Select one or two words where you can let to another page.

Also, make sure all pages is going back to the home page on your readablity and seo plans.
