Update on Yahoo/Adobe and

Just an update on one of my previous posts related to Website Magazine's request to participate in the Adobe Ads program (sign up here) which is run in conjuction with Yahoo (YPN). A few days after my initial post I was contacted by a member of the Adobe team who kindly explained that ( and I'm paraphrasing here) the review process for the one PDF submitted was automated and that due to the "niche" nature of the content it did not pass their quality measures. Apparently, after some further review we were invited to participate in the program. While I've still had some issues getting through the YPN system, Website Magazine is looking forward to its participation in this program. So, in short order you'll start seeing recent articles from the print edition online with a link to downloadable PDFs.

Initially, I really did believe in the program and I do now more than ever. The number of PDFs on the Web is staggering and giving content creators a way to monetize on their work in such a sophisticated fashion is, in all respects a real game changer.

My current recommendation of all things Adobe is a thumbs up - big time.
Website Magazine will post a full review of the service once we get up and running.
