Flock, a recent entry into the browser market and winner of a Webby Award for Best in Social Networking, has added some new features to make your online experience even more streamlined. Flock 1.2 beta has added Digg, Pownce and AOL mail support to the mix. When you log in to Digg using Flock, you will be given the option to add a sidebar with all of your Digg contacts and recent activity, along with a Pownce sidebar, if desired. Along with AOL mail integration, Flock already supports Yahoo Mail and Gmail.

Essentially, Flock is a system that lets you browse the Web, while keeping in contact with important utilities along the way. Along with email support is the ever-important social networking features. Within the browser, you can keep up with your friends on sites like Flickr, Twitter and Facebook. A Blog editor lets you update your blog(s) instantly, incuding Blogger, TypePad, Wordpress and others, and the ability to add tags for Technorati, Livejournal and Blogger. You can also stream and share YouTube videos.

There are a host of other useful features. Flock is shaping up to be a nice browsing tool. New features are continually being added to enhance the experience. Really, the only way to see what its capable of is by trying it out. Flock is cross-platform, suppported by Windows, Mac and Linux.
