Stop the Junk Mail!
Junk mail. Not only does it clog my mailbox, take up counter space, clutter my home and waste paper, but it also takes away my time when I have to sift and shred items that could compromise my identity security. ProQuo claims they can help. On the surface it looks easy. Sign up for an account with your address and email and see what lists you are on. Select the ones you want to stop receiving junk from and, hopefully it works. Of course, not all of these companies are going to make it that easy.

For some of them, you simply click a button and you're supposedly removed from the list. Others require you to print a form, sign it and mail it in. And others (the credit card and mortgage offers) require you to visit their website and go through their processes. I found about 17 lists and/or mailers attached to my name. Out of those, more than half required either a printed form to be mailed or visitation to another site. But, I think it's worth a shot.
