A Threat to Godaddy?

Web hosting group Endurance International Group acquired email marketing solution Constant Contact last week for a reported $1.1 billion.

The acquisition combines two very well known leaders in products and services designed for small and mid-size enterprises. Endurance is essentially adding a complete suite of online marketing services to its "Web presence" capabilities. That positions Endurance well to compete with the likes of Godaddy and others.
