AddThis Goes Pro
AddThis is diving deep into data with its newest subscription-based offering, dubbed AddThis Pro.
AddThis Pro leverages the company’s behavioral data pool, which reaches more than 97 percent of the Internet population in the United States, as well as 14 million websites globally. These big data insights can be applied to recommended content widgets in order to increase the content engagement metrics on websites.
“Based on feedback from brands, publishers and site owners, the overwhelming consensus was to expand our portfolio to include a more advanced offering that delivers more tools and greater dashboard control over content widgets,” said Richard Harris, chief executive officer, AddThis. “With AddThis Pro, we’re building on the success of our existing free tools and giving marketers and publishers even more sophisticated ways to attract visitors and increase engagement.”
Not only does AddThis Pro leverage data to make relevant on-site recommendations for every visitor, but it also enables users to promote or suppress specific content within recommended content widgets. Moreover, the platform offers a new analytics dashboard, new engagement widgets and requires no coding knowledge to implement. AddThis Pro is currently available through a software-as-a-service (SaaS) model and is priced at $12 a month with a free 14-day trial.
