Affiliate Window Looks for Bigger Share of Sales in U.S.

Affiliate Window has announced the acquisition of ShareASale, a privately owned affiliate network based in Chicago, to strengthen its U.S. presence.

ShareASale currently serves 4,500 advertisers and more than 100,000 active publishers generating more upward of 12 million transactions a year, making it the third largest affiliate marketing network in the U.S., according to Affiliate Network. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Affiliate Window has spent the last several years establishing its presence in North America with teams based in Baltimore, Denver and San Francisco.
