Alternate Link to Us Code
Encouraging other websites to link to your digital property is no simple task.
Not only do you have to convince them that it's the right thing to do (because of all that value you're providing of course) but you also need to make it easy. The problem is, for most Web workers, it's not easy. Many Web professionals today couldn't find their way around a string of code if their virtual life depended on it.
When you can provide the code neccessary for others to link to your site however, you've made some serious headway on acquiring the links your website's search engine optimization campaign requires to thrive.
Follow these steps:
- Download the file here (right click and save then rename the file and the extension to .js); upload it to your Web server (ideally in a seperate file to maintain organization) - you'll find five areas you can modify with your own link, title and anchor text.
