An E-Commerce Platform With Speed Top of Mind
Search engine optimization can be exceedingly difficult for Internet retailers but new features from e-commerce platform 3dcart aim to change that in at least one major respect - speed.
The new version of the popular e-commerce platform overhauls the system's theme development capabilities so that it is geared toward faster loading speeds. Themes built with 3dcart's upcoming Core Templating Engine are built on the Bootstrap framework and according to the company have been engineered with PageSpeed considerations and mobile optimization in mind - two important factors for those optimizing their digital presence for the search engines.
Version 8 of 3dcart also provides additional payment solutions and digital wallets (Apple Pay, Square, WorldPay and others), a new build-in product comparison module, and some new integrations with solutions including MailChimp, Google Customer Reviews, Google Shopping Feed, Google’s Invisible Captcha, and Houzz order sync.
“Our version 8 release will enable retailers to sell on new channels, improve rankings and increase conversion rates,” said Jimmy Rodriguez, 3dcart COO. "We have focused on the development of Version 8 as the next leap forward for our platform, promising a further advantage to anyone selling through 3dcart. Both new and improved features are streamlined in this release to offer the most powerful eCommerce software available for anyone wanting to build the perfect online store."
Version 8 of 3dcart is due to be released in summer 2017.
