An Optimization Bot for CRM

Customer marketing solution Optimove introduced a new technology that automates campaign analysis to help enterprise marketers make more agile and data-based marketing decisions.

Optimove's new Optibot, is a CRM optimization bot that uses artificial intelligence and machine learning to automate the analysis and interpretation of customer marketing campaigns, and providing marketers with recommendations about how to increase performance.

The bot will be able to do some rather useful things that will likely catch the attention of Optimove's existing clients which include brands such as 1-800-Flowers, LuckyVitamin and eBags.

When one campaign action is losing to others, for example, the bot will recommend dropping the underperforming action and readjusting. There's a great deal more the machine learn technology but the end result is the same - providing customers more thoughtful and useful experience and driving better bottom line performance for the enterprise as a result.
