Analyze Social Conversations Across the Globe
Visible Technologies is making it easier for enterprises to monitor social conversations related to their brand across the globe, thanks to a set of new features released for the company’s Visible Intelligence (VI) platform.
The new features allow brands to search and analyze social data across a variety of languages. Through the multilingual feature, marketers can aggregate posts from designated languages and view a consolidated analysis in a single search. Plus, the new category segmentation options can help marketers make faster and more accurate business decisions, as well as identify key global influencers, global volume of conversations, trends and patterns, geo-locations of conversations and the top websites driving traffic.
“As social media becomes a go-to channel for customer interaction and support, the need for real-time social analysis of sites like Facebook, Twitter and forums has become imperative,” said Richard Pasewark, CEO of Visible Technologies. “Marketers are looking to minimize the time it takes to review their global landscape and quickly analyze what campaign, program or messaging changes are required to meet their business goals in specific geo-locations and languages.”
Additional capabilities include category comparisons, word exclusions for prominent terms and Tag Cloud, and the ability for users to modify filters before conducting a search. Marketers also have the ability to leverage the new Persistent Dates feature to apply a date once and use it across multiple search selections, as well as the ability to name and save marketing campaigns for quicker access and review. Moreover, the Visible API allows data to be available for integration into other systems for planning, marketing and advertising initiatives.
