AOL: Strongest Revenue Growth in 10 Years
AOL reported earnings for Q4 2013 this week and revenues are up 13 percent year over year - the highest in a decade.
The advertising giant, led by CEO Tim Armstrong and featuring such well-known publishing brands as Huffington Post and others, reported a total $679 million in revenue - higher than analysts expected $655 million.
AOL had 120 million monthly unique visitors to its websites on average for the quarter according to details released in the earnings call. The company has 2.5 million Internet subscribers, down from 2.79 million (10%) a year ago.
