Artifi Poised to Disrupt the Product Customization Market for 'Net Retailers
As e-commerce merchants from across the world descend upon Chicago next week for the annual Internet Retailer Conference and Exhibition (IRCE), they will be looking for ever more powerful solutions to improve their and their customer's shopping experience.
One of the companies that hopes to catch the attention of Internet retailers is Artifi, a mobile capable, software-as-a-service product customization engine.
“Now, more than ever, companies are looking to offer customers the opportunity to customize products,” says Rupesh Agrawal, founder and CEO of Artifi.
“Until now, developing personalization configurators to support this effort has been time-consuming, costly and the customization capabilities limited. As a new SaaS-based solution, Artifi dramatically simplifies this process, is less costly to implement and delivers a better customer experience which increases conversion rates.”
Artifi will be but one of the hundreds of companies exhibiting at IRCE. Are you a retailer attending the event, what technologies and solutions will you be watching out for?
