Belly Adds Merchant Tools to Its iOS App

Popular iPad-based loyalty and marketing platform Belly has unveiled an addition to its iOS app that gives marketing tools to merchants.

With the app, merchants have access to customer data, in-store visits and reward redemptions. What’s more, merchants have the ability to view and edit customer accounts, as well as to set up and send automated marketing campaigns.

In fact, merchants can run their marketing automatically from their iOS device by setting up Auto-Engage, which is for triggered email marketing campaigns that automatically send based on a customer’s history. According to Belly, Auto-Engage has shown to reactivate up to 10 percent of a business’s lapsed customer base each month and ensures that up to 50 – 60 percent of first time customers return. It is also important to note that consumers who leverage Belly will now receive push notifications to their iOS and Android mobile devices when the businesses send a campaign.
