Nom, Nom, Nom: Bing Introduces Food Ordering Button

Posted on 2.23.2015

Ordering food online has become a staple of many consumers' regular Internet activities and with Bing’s newest update the process has become much quicker.

Bing has recently announced a new feature on their search engine results pages (SERPs) that enables users to order food from their favorite restaurants.

The update to Bing SERPs effectively eliminates the need for users to navigate through a restaurant's website in order to find the order section. Instead, when users select the “Order Online” button on the Bing SERP they are transported to the ordering page on the restaurant's website.

The new feature is available for a select few restaurants including Golden Crust Pizzeria in Chicago and Shawarma Spot in Washington DC among others.
