Bring Your Coupons to a Larger, Social Audience

Posted on 6.22.2014

By 2015, it is predicted that 118.3 million U.S. adults will use digital coupons when making a purchase.

With this in mind, it is no surprise that more and more coupon aggregate websites keep popping up. With so many couponing websites out there already, it takes something truly creative for one of these companies to set itself apart.

Savor, a customizable coupon aggregate service, has recently announced the availability of their app for Android tablets.

Through Savor, users are not only able to customize what stores they want to receive coupons from, but also sign in using their Facebook profile. The advantage to logging in with Facebook credentials is that they will receive deals from companies they have “liked” on the social media site - making a company's "Like" counts even more important.

Additionally, Savor alerts users when a specific deal they have bookmarked is about to expire as well as allows users to share coupons on Facebook, Twitter and even Pinterest.

"Savor makes it more convenient than ever to save money when you shop online," said Rich DeNardis, founder of Savor. "We've been working to bring our unique coupon catalog experience to a larger audience, and we are thrilled to be launching our Android app. Our deal-matching algorithm makes our customers' lives easier by providing them with highly relevant savings opportunities."

With this addition, Savor is now available on Android and iOS mobile devices as well as desktop Web browsers.

Companies that have coupons available through Savor include 1800flowers.com, Best Buy, Dell and Disney.
