Product Video Ads Travel to Latin America

Buzztala is expanding its organic video network into Latin America.

Popular Colombian comparison shopping marketplace, Lo Encontraste, decided to ramp up its organic search for video ads by leveraging Buzztala. In doing so, Buzztala created short video product reviews, also known as Product Video Ads (PVAs) for Lo Encontraste's various products. Buzzatala's network delivered an 11.5 percent average click-through-rate (CTR), improving on the performance of Lo Encontraste's Google ads by more than 4X. Moreover, after leveraging Buzztala, Lo Encontraste saw a 5X increase in organic listings in search engine result pages (SERPs).

"We were very impressed with the results of our initial Buzztala campaign," said Mauricio Quintero, marketing manager for Lo Encontraste, "we plan on continuing to make use of Buzztala's network for every new category launch on our site."

Buzztala's video ad network optimizes for organic and paid media across desktops and mobile devices. The core of Buzztala is its Product Video Ads, which are essentially short product summaries that help brands earn top organic search positions and drive revenue. The ads give consumers a visual way to get product information and can be leveraged by advertisers to complement Product Listing Ads (PLAs) and PPC text ads.
