Buzztala Unveils Product Video Ads

Buzztala has unveiled Product Video Ads (PVAs) in an effort to help advertisers eliminate paid search waste.

Buzztala’s Product Video Ads (PVAs) are short product summaries that help brands earn top organic search positions and drive revenue. Users can also leverage PVAs to reach mobile audiences on platforms like YouTube and Facebook. The ads give consumers a visual way to get product information and can be leveraged by advertisers to complement Product Listing Ads (PLAs) and PPC text ads. That said, Buzztala notes that its advertisers saw PVAs significantly outperform both Google PLAs and Google text ads over the last quarter.

“We give companies a compelling visual and mobile alternative to PLAs and text ads,” said Henry Wong, cofounder and chief operating officer, Buzztala. “As we’ve expanded from beta clients like ForeverCar to big brands and other top retailers, we’ve seen PVAs dramatically outperform PLAs — and it’s important to note that purchase intent is much higher for our traffic because proactive click-thru comes only after a video is watched.”
