Chartio Adds Twilio Support for VoIP, Phone and Data Messaging Visualization
Business intelligence platform Chartio has added cloud communication vendor Twilio as a data source, expanding the system's capabilities for data exploration and visualization.
Twilio customers will now be able to manipulate and interact with their phone, VoIP and messaging data in addition to other business data including data from Google Analytics, MySQL, RedShit and Oracle. Chartio's interface makes it possible to fetch data from different sources and blend them together.
"We are pleased Chartio has added Twilio to their data sources available for customers," said Lynda Smith, CMO of Twilio. "With this integration into Twilio's usage API, users now have more choice in how they view their data allowing them to better understand and serve their customers."
