Cloud Connectors Come to 3DCart

Internet retailers that leverage the best software solutions are those which will stand the test of time. But integrating the many best of breed offerings isn't always easy for the majority of online merchants. 

Popular web-based ecommerce solution 3dcart however recently announced a partnership with Kevy which will enable its store owners to integrate cloud-based apps without any technical know-how. 

Retailers will have access to solutions including HubSpot's inbound marketing software, ExactTarget and MailChimp's email marketing offerings, Google Spreadhseets, and ZohoCRM's customer relationship management system among others. 

"One of the greatest challenges today for eCommerce companies is managing the flood of data coming from the market," said Ed Trimble, Kevy President. “This partnership will extend the power and flexibility of 3dcart by enabling companies to sync and manage their customer, order and product data across multiple sales and marketing systems.”

Integrations such as these are certainly a big deal. According to a recent report from EKN Research (the State of the Industry Research Series: Omnichannel Merchandising report), retailers currently lack the technology integration and business processes neccessary for customer-centric, omnichannel retailing. A full 72 percent of respondents rate integration of systems across channels as their number one technology challenge. Solutions like Kevy are poised to change that.
