Collect, Curate & Publish UGC
User-generated content (UGC) is a more trusted and memorable form of media according to a recent IpsosMediaCT study on the topic.
Encouraging this content as well as unifying it with branded material, however, is a challenge for most brands – but an Adobe and Livefyre partnership looks to change that.
Livefyre and Adobe can enable marketers to tap into branded content via Adobe Creative Cloud and then deliver that content and UGC through Adobe Marketing Cloud – collecting, curating and publishing UGC across social networks.
“We’ve reached a point where consumers expect relevant, contextual, meaningful content from brands 24/7. But that’s really hard if you don’t have the resources, and most brands don’t,” said Jordan Kretchmer, founder and CEO of Livefyre. “Fortunately, consumers are also a source of amazing content. This partnership gives marketers a way to bring all the content that already exists — both about their brands and relevant to their brands — so they can easily deliver a digital experience to their audience in whatever way makes the most sense for them.”
The partnership will help marketers:
• Discover, curate and capture social content in real-time that leads to greater brand engagement across all owned properties including websites, mobile apps, communities and screens
• Manage and compose compelling experiences unifying the authenticity of user generated content from Livefyre with brand marketing content from Adobe Creative Cloud
• Deliver these interactive experiences and campaigns that include social applications like Maps, Galleries and Media Walls across any screen and audience with the reach of Adobe Marketing Cloud to build brand and drive demand
• Succeseliver personalized content and optimized experiences that influence purchase intent, conversion and stronger audience engagements
“The connection between Adobe Creative Cloud and Adobe Marketing Cloud helps enterprises create and deliver rich, personalized experiences across websites, mobile apps and any connected device at unprecedented velocity for content marketing,” said Aseem Chandra, vice president, Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Target. “Thanks to our partnership with Livefyre, marketers can easily access valuable user generated content to create amazing, engaging brand experiences."
