Collecting Reviews & Managing Reputation with Ease
Gathering or collecting reviews from your customers (or audience) is a real challenge for businesses regardless of their size. Fortunately, there are a few solutions on the market that make this now vital process much easier - the latest of which is Vendasta's new Review Generation solution.
Built atop a reputation management platform, the Review Generation platform integrates with Vendasta's local marketing tools (designed primarily for digital agencies).
When a review is submitted, the system alerts the business owner and advises them on whether the review is "share-worthy" or if it is better handled privately. Reviews with four stars and up are easily shared across websites and social channels directly from the platform. Reviews with three stars or lower are kept in a private inbox that businesses can manage offline.
"We started tracking the percentage of local businesses that had reviews in 2010," says Brendan King, CEO of Vendasta. "Since then, it has gone from 29 percent to 78 percent today, showing how important reviews have become and how important it is for businesses to have them."
Today's business owners - whether online or offline - must be wired in to reviews as it provides as good an opportunity that exists to stregthen and protect reputation.
