Color Performance Analysis on Instagram
Does the type of color used in social media photos and images matter to your brand's bottom line? There's only one way to find out - measure it!
Hashtag analytics solution Hashtracking has just released a new report for Instagram that offers users of the platform insights into the role of color on their campaigns.
Marketers using the new ColorTracking technology will now have the ability to predict image performance on the Network and track engagement based on color, filter, sort and display images based on color, and use color intelligence to increase success and further optimize images.
“We’ve long understood that subject matter, impressions, and social media post timing are critical factors affecting image engagement,” said Ciaran Blumenfeld, co-founder and Chief Marketing Officer for Hashtracking.com. “But until now there haven’t been reliable ways to track and measure how color affects engagement. ColorTracking by Hashtracking.com is the next dimension in data analysis for the visual web.”
The solution has been in private beta since early this year (2015), and will be free for Hashtracking subscribers.
