Constant Contact and vCita Partnership Equips SMBs with Self-Service Tools

A new partnership between vCita and Constant Contact is equipping small businesses with online self-service tools.

Through the partnership, vCita's LiveSite solution is integrated into Constant Contact. This enables small businesses using both LiveSite and Constant Contact to drive engagement by embedding interactive tools like online scheduling, payments and invoicing into their email marketing and social campaigns.

VCita's LiveSite provides small businesses with a self-service online portal that is connected to the company's website and email campaigns, encouraging businesses to communicate, schedule appointments, pay and share documents. With the integration, vCita LiveSite and Constant Contact provide small businesses with a cost-effective way to drive more opportunities across channels.

Moreover, the integration enables small businesses to add new functionality to their Constant Contact email marketing campaigns, including the ability to share scheduling availability by linking to a current calendar. Plus, email confirmations and automated reminders help to reduce no-shows and back-and-forth communications with customers. It is also important to note that businesses can offer secure online payment options whenever an appointment is set or an invoice is sent after a service has been provided.
