Conversation Tracker at Email Center Pro

Email Center Pro announced the addition of a graphic widget dubbed Conversation Tracker™ to its online CRM offering.

The tool enables users to see the flow of email conversations across multiple email accounts from the client dashboard, including the ability to see full conversation history or assign a conversation, as well as arching and any internal notes. An RSS news feed is also available if users want to get instant updates about individual conversations.

"The small business community will benefit from online CRM solutions like Email Center Pro, increasing ROI by managing the flow of conversations across many email addresses," states Sabrina Parsons, CEO of Palo Alto Software. "Some small businesses do not need larger CRM applications, nor do they have the resources to buy or manage such systems. By all accounts, email is still the highest earning channel, and now small businesses can reap those benefits by turning their email response management into a profit center."
