Event-based behavioral analytics company CoolaData is expanding across the globe, as the company has unveiled a new office in New York to support increased demand for its cloud-based behavioral analytics suite.
CoolaData’s solution includes all infrastructural components for cloud-based analytics and data warehousing. Throug the solution, midsized businesses can better understand customer behavioral patterns in a big data environment. Moreover, it gives them the tools needed to incrase customer acquisition, reduce churn and boost sales, retention and conversions.
It is important to note that as more businesses migrate online, there is more of a need to convert data into event-based analytics that can help professionals optimize their business initiatives. CoolaData’s solution tracks user behavior across all channels and aggregates the data to help monetize the invaluable insights. Additionally, CoolaData is not bound to structured queries. Instead, it gives users the ability to ask any business question via CoolaSQL (CQL), which is a proprietary behavioral extension to the SQL language.
