Retailers Breaking Barriers with CrossView Mobile POS

A new handheld mobile point-of-sale (POS) solution from cross-channel commerce provider CrossView delivers the functionality of freestanding POS systems while allowing sales associates to interact with and serve their customers from anywhere in the store.

CrossView’s mobile POS is based on the Apple iPod Touch and provides sales associates with tools that can help increase in-store conversions, answer customer inquiries, create positive brand experience, improve visibility across sales channels, as well as expand POS capacity without sacrificing floor space.

Recently, outdoor adventure apparel and gear retailer Moosejaw has successfully implemented the mobile POS into all of its stores throughout the Midwest, and has chosen to equip new stores with the handheld technology over the next year.
