Crowdfunding Campaigns Get Double the Exposure

Crowdfunding campaigns now have the ability to receive double the exposure, thanks to a new feature from the Indiegogo platform that enables campaigns to be embedded on websites.

The feature, dubbed Indiegogo Outpost, is being launched in the first quarter of 2014. The feature allows companies to customize campaigns with their own branding and share the campaigns with their online audiences. It is also important to note that Outpost campaigns are still featured on the Indiegogo website, which provides access to the platform’s 9 million unique monthly users as well as the company’s marketing channels like social networks and email newsletters.

“Indiegogo is all about breaking down barriers to funding and we’re always looking for new ways to help Indiegogo campaigns directly engage with audiences who are likely to support them,” said Slava Rubin, Indiegogo co-founder and CEO.

Outpost Campaigns will have access to Idiegogo’s analytics dashboard, however, users can also integrate campaigns with other third party tools, like Google Analytics, KISSmetrics, Mixpanel and Facebook retargeting.
