With, small and mid-sized e-commerce retailers are able to use the same predictability power as their larger counterparts. This is because the solution’s algorithm analyzes historical data by looking into customer purchase behavior, which includes items purchased and the time of purchase. This technology not only provides retailers with a tailored recommendation list, but also automatically sends messages to customers at the time they’re most likely to open the email and make a purchase. Plus, the prediction engine is able to forecast which customers are at risk of churning and can automatically take preventative action.

It is important to note that retailers leveraging the Shopify or Spree platforms can easily implement and create custom email designs for their customers via drag-and-drop technology. That said, more e-commerce platform integrations are expected to be added in the coming months.
