Dive into Social Data with HelioSight

Social media analytics provider Crimson Hexagon has unveiled a social intelligence search and discovery product for brands and agencies called HelioSight.

HelioSight can be used to gain fast, actionable insights through real-time social media data analysis. The product delivers social intelligence to users in a consumable and sharable format, which enables users of all levels to make informed business decisions based on key social findings.

Currently HelioSight allows users to search Twitter’s full repository of posts from the last 30 days and quickly delivers results in a visual manner. In fact, HelioSight analyzes demographics, affinities, emotions and more for any brand, product or topic.

It is important to note that HelioSight is built on Crimson Hexagon’s social intelligence platform and provides all employees with social insights that can help them make real-time decisions concerning strategy, operations, products and campaigns. Its search function features an intuitive interface with filters that make it easy to find specific data, as well as provides data visualization cards and simple text descriptions with relevant insights highlighted. What’s more, results include clickable cards that enable users to explore data further and view example posts.  The product also features easy cross-platform navigation, enabling users to quickly click between HelioSight results and ForSight monitors.
