Easing the Process of Customer Research

Brands are constantly on the lookout for new ways to improve their websites and one of the best ways for brands to discover areas that need improvement is simply by asking their visitors.

iPerceptions, a digital customer research company, has recently announced the launch of its Universal Code to all users of its Active Research Platform.

For those unfamiliar, Active Research Platform is a Solution as a Service (SaaS) platform that delivers customer feedback and advanced reporting to brands. Through Universal Code users are able to centralize all of iPerception’s Voice of the Customer research projects into piece one code. By unifying the code users are able to create, launch, edit and manage multiple research projects with little reliance on IT resources.

Furthermore, Universal Code enables marketers to target specific audiences for feedback by triggering surveys and comment cards for visitors that meet certain conditions like language and device type among others.
