Editor's Letter - February 2017

Posted on 2.02.2017

:: Planning for 'Net Success ::

When enterprises have balance, work becomes an entirely different experience for everyone.

It is possible to concentrate efforts on those most meaningful to success, and avoid those that are nothing more than distractions. With the right focus, a palpable passion begins to emerge, driving a business to completely new levels of achievement where it is possible to do your best – for yourself and for others.

Success is not always a matter of intensity, of course, but one of balance, order, rhythm and harmony. The problem today, however, is most businesses are actually out of balance, chasing the latest and greatest solutions with little regard for the ultimate impact. It can be difficult to keep up with the speed at which technology is introduced to improve website operations and it’s not uncommon to ignore new opportunities or, on the other hand, over-invest. As a result, brands would be wise to connect with their inner Web “chi.”

In this month’s feature article at Website Magazine Managing Editor Amberly Dressler addresses the state of unbalance in website operations and provides some practical guidance for those looking to achieve greater harmony in their digital enterprise.

In addition to the insights shared in Website Magazine’s February 2017 feature article, readers will have access to other helpful articles on topics including e-commerce, search marketing, Web design and more from some of digital media’s brightest minds. This issue also offers useful information on conversion optimization, dynamic video creation, email marketing technology, as well as a list of 50 movers and shakers in digital advertising today.

As always, we hope you enjoy this issue of Website Magazine and encourage you to join us on the ’Net where our editors and industry contributors share the technologies and insights that matter most to your short- and long-term Web success.

Best Web Wishes,
Peter Prestipino
