New Year’s has always been a time for planning.

As 2016 fades into a distant memory, enterprises are now once again actively visualizing their future, gathering the necessary data and business intelligence, developing new operational and marketing strategies as a result, and seeking out new, innovative, efficient and effective processes and technologies for their future. Most enterprises, however, do not engage in the rigorous planning necessary to avoid being one of the 9 out of 10 startups that fail – often over-budgeting, over-staffing and over-extending only to have to let employees go, close offices and take other steps to correct their ship.
